This webinar will focus on how integrating social protection into the development and implementation of Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) can drive inclusive climate action.

Discussions will build on insights from Placing people at the centre of NDCs 3.0: The power of social protection to accelerate climate action, developed by the Task Force on Linking Adaptive Social Protection and Climate Financing, in collaboration with the NDC Partnership.

The event is organized by the NDC Partnership, the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), the International Labour Organization (ILO), and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).

This webinar is part of the Raising Ambition through Partnership series, which highlights successful examples of ambition-raising efforts in mitigation and adaptation, while promoting exchange and learning to scale impact across the NDC Partnership.
