Working groups

In order to deliver on its mission and objectives, the Global Framework on Water Scarcity in Agriculture (WASAG) partners are organized in thematic working groups on topics of relevance. These working groups, which are communities of practice on different facets of water scarcity in agriculture, are led by partners other than the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and have produced several knowledge products including white papers, technical and policy briefs, and guidelines, as well as organizing events such as webinars and technical sessions in international meetings. The WASAG is gradually translating these knowledge products into training in the field at country level. Partners of WASAG are currently working on the following six working groups:
