Group visits are open to visitors of all ages. Both online and in-person tours last approximately 90 minutes and include a Q&A session. Please note that individual visits are not currently available.

1. In-person visit at FAO headquarters in Rome 

Please note any in-person visit should be scheduled a minimum of two weeks in advance. Once the visit is confirmed, the organiser will be requested to compile an Excel table with a complete list containing the names of all participants. The table must be returned a minimum of one week prior to the proposed date of the visit. 

On the day of the visit, entry will take place from the security pavilion accessible from Viale Aventino. Participants are also required to arrive 10 minutes in advance in order to go through the security checks. Please note, participants must bring a valid identity document.

2. Virtual visit of FAO on Zoom 

The visits take place on the Zoom platform. Once the visit is confirmed, at least one week prior to the visit, the organizer will receive the credentials to join the meeting. 

On the day of the online visit, participants are required to enter the meeting 10 minutes in advance in order to verify that there are no connection or technical issues. 

FAO reserves the right to cancel group visits without notice should unforeseen circumstances arise. However, the Organization will do its best to reschedule reservations resulting from such cancellations. To book your group visit, please fill out the registration form below. After registration, the Group Visit Team will send you an email confirming your reservation. Cancellations or changes to your reservation will be accepted up to five business days before the confirmed visit date.
