62nd sessions of UNFCCC Subsidiary Body for Implementation (SBI) and Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA)

The 62nd sessions of the UNFCCC Subsidiary Body for Implementation (SBI) and the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA) will take place from 16 to 26 June 2025 in Bonn, Germany.

These sessions will provide a platform for advancing international negotiations on climate change adaptation, mitigation, and governance.

Key Focus Areas

The sessions will cover:

• Adaptation and mitigation strategies;
• Policy and institutional coherence in climate governance;
• Strengthening the means of implementation for effective climate action; and
• Promoting systemic solutions through multilateral cooperation.
