The International Mountaineering and Climbing Federation (UIAA) is accepting nominations for its global stewardship award, the UIAA Mountain Protection Award.
The award aims to highlight tourism activities that promote conservation of mountain ecosystems and sustainable livelihoods for local people.
Nominations close on 31 October and winners receive a cash grant.
