The course is structured in two curricula, Agricultural and Environmental Sciences and Agricultural Biotechnology, with five specific courses. The student's work is measured in CFU (University Training Credit): one CFU corresponds to 25 hours of total student work, of which 8 hours reserved for frontal teaching in the classroom (lesson hours). The part common to the two curricula includes the following courses divided by learning areas:
- area of basic training with Mathematics and Elements of Physics, Elements of Chemistry, Botany, Physiology and Principles of Plant Biotechnology, Agricultural Genetics, English Language;
- area of plant and animal production with Agronomy, Herbaceous Crops, Arboreal Crops, Horticulture and Floriculture, Crop Protection, Biology and Breeding of Domestic Animals;
- technical-economic area with Fundamentals of Agricultural Economics, Rural Appraisal, Rural Construction and Topography, Agricultural Industries.
