Funding instrument offers grants for projects related to: mitigating greenhouse gas emissions, adapting to the impacts of climate change, conserving natural carbon sinks and conserving biological diversity. Conserving natural carbon sinks focuses on reducing emissions from deforestation and forest degradation (REDD+).
